Cancellation Policy

Our time is valuable and when you book an appointment with SUGAR AND SILK that time is reserved for you.

A valid credit card is required at time of booking to secure the appointment time whether booking online or by phone.

 

Your Credit Card is not charged unless you cancel less than 24 hours or no show your appointment. I do understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies must be honored:

 

24 hours advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged 50% of the amount of the service booked to the credit card on file. If no credit card is on file or if it has expired or declines payment for any reason, you will be required to pay the fee before we can schedule any future appointments.

For all treatments, a no-show is considered as not showing up for the appointment at all, contacting me after the appointment start time, and anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged 100% of the value for their “missed” appointment. If no credit card is on file or declines you will be invoiced through my booking system for the missed appointment and the invoice must be paid before any other appointments will be scheduled in the future.

 

ALL BOOKINGS ARE PRESUMED TO AGREE TO THIS POLICY.

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time, even by a few minutes, we may or may not be able to provide your service based on our schedule. PLEASE TEXT us if you know you are going to be late so we can try to accommodate you. Your punctuality affects the service we are able to provide to you and everyone following you that day, and we will not put ourselves behind schedule in order to accommodate you. If we are unable to reschedule you, you will be charged a late cancellation fee.
